Terms and conditions

General

  1. Winning a JackPass package allows you to choose between various land-based events listed on https://room.jack-poker.com/. Do not play the satellites if you are unsure whether you can travel to any of the listed events or not.
  2. The package value cannot be exchanged/reimbursed for money and/or tickets; however, you are free to transfer your win to another Jack Poker registered player if that person fulfills the criteria listed below.
  3. Packages will always include: 1 (one) buy-in to the Main Event (or other named side-event). Accommodation for 1 (one) or 2 (two) persons on pre-announced dates. In some cases, a package can include a merchandise kit that may be handed over at the venue or sent to the winner's registered address. The package holder must wear Jack Poker merchandise when playing the tournament, where appropriate.
  4. If you want to transfer your win to another registered player, you need to contact us via [email protected] with the receiving player in cc. If travel contribution is included in the package, this sum will be credited to the winning player’s account.
  5. The package win is valid for 4 (four) months unless otherwise stated or agreed elsewhere.

Land-based Casino

  1. Make sure that you meet the age requirements for an event when traveling to a venue. All casinos require that you have a valid passport/national ID to enter its premises. The casino may have a dress code, different TDA’s than what you are used to, as well as other rules of conduct and game rules.
  2. Jack Poker is not responsible for how the land-based Casino operates. Jack Poker will send a list of package winners and wire funds for buy-ins to the land-based casino. Information on how you can claim your seat to a tournament will be presented in a welcome letter.

Hotel/Accommodation

  1. Hotels might require the same proof of identification, and you might need to pay a deposit for the accommodation and pay a non-refundable city tax/tourist tax. Information regarding the deposit is at the hotel's discretion and not Jack Poker’s responsibility. Upon checking in to your accommodation, you accept the Terms & Conditions presented by the Hotel/Accommodation.
  2. Jack Poker will book your accommodation and pay for the stay according to the details of your package win. Any costs for changing dates, adding nights, or other general changes will be settled by the player who has the package and not by Jack Poker.
  3. Accommodation is subject to availability; if the announced accommodation is fully booked, we will transfer the win to other accommodation, potentially meaning a longer distance to the casino/event venue.

Travel

  1. It is the package holder’s responsibility to apply for a VISA or any other permits needed to participate in an event.
  2. If your package win includes a travel contribution, that sum will be credited to your player account. If you wish to withdraw this amount and it affects possible bonuses, then contact us at [email protected], and we will assist.
